Schedule Pickup and More

  • SSA+S Schedule Pick up - Please be on the lookout for a packet coming to you in the mail containing information about schedule pickup and forms needed to receive your student’s schedule. This packet will be placed in the mail by July 20th.

Schedules will not be released earlier than Monday, August 7th.

Schedule Pick Up and payment of student fees will be on Monday, August 7th.

Please arrive and report to the cafeteria during your scheduled time window:

6th grade, Last Names A-K, 8:30AM - 10AM

6th grade, Last Names, L-Z, 10:30AM - Noon

7th grade – 1:00PM – 2:30PM

8th grade – 3:00PM – 4:30PM

  • Student Re-Registration - Please make sure you complete your student’s re-registration through the Sarasota County Schools website, if you have not done so already. Students who have not been re-registered will not receive a schedule, nor be able to be in attendance.
  • Incoming 7th Graders - 7th graders are required to submit current immunization records and a school physical, prior to the release of their schedule or the first day of school.
  • New School Hours – Sarasota County School Board has pushed our start time back just a bit with our first bell ringing at 8:50 a.m. and dismissal at 4:01 p.m. You will receive a bell schedule with the packet coming in the mail.
  • Student Accident Insurance Program -The website link below contains important delivery dates and price information for the Florida Kid Care Student Accident Insurance Program. This program is offered by Sarasota County Schools as a service to parents. The district does not profit from the sale of any policy. It is important to understand that if your child is injured at school, the District/SSA+S does not have an insurance medical plan that provides coverage for students and the District/SSA+S is not responsible for paying their medical bills. The voluntary Student Accident Insurance Program is a good option for families concerned about out-of-pocket medical expenses associated with accidental injuries. There will be a brochure with your student’s schedule or visit https://www.floridakidcare.org/ for more information.
